I have been looking around and , it seems the DSS kit is a arm and a leg. And the taboo one doesnot look too complete. Any Ideas? :)

If you are going to be putting in polyurathane bushings in the future buck up for the DSS kit with the heim joints instead. The problem is that the rear trailing arms don't move on an axis that's even with the mounting bolt, so the suspension goes into a bind on compression. Basically the rear end can't articulate as well on rough pavement and larger rear sway bars add to the effect.
With the DSS kit you won't have the binding problem.

I welded up my trailing arms a couple years ago before either kit was offered, switching to Mike's setup is on my list of stuff to do to my car.

Nick,

PM me or post here when you get an update on the heim joints. I did poly bushings at the same time I welded the rear control arms on my car. After doing so, I moved the suspension through it's range of motion with the sway bar and shock off, everything checked out fine without binding.

I never checked mine when I first put it in, I actually didn't think about it. It's possible that my bushings aren't lubricated well, it has been a year. I may try that first and see if the binding goes away.

I had some leftover Windoweld from doing the motor mounts, so I filled in the gaps in the trailing arm, also. It only helped slightly, but what do you want for free?

I was also thinking about bolting a rod to the front of the trailing arms. There is already a hole in the right spot. I just haven't figured out where to bolt the other end of the rod.
