Ok so I was on my lunch break and herd a loud thump when I hit a bump. So when I got back to work I popped my hatch and pulled my cover for the strut I can grab the nut on top and wiggle my rear strut. This ever happen to anyone? I didnt have much time to look at it so I'm not sure if the strut is rusted or the tower

It happened to me. It's probably not the strut tower, but the top shock mount. Buy 2 new ones.

Probably the strut mount. Had mine on my old 95 completely shatter. For 6 months I had a strut that wasn't connected to anything flopping around in the trunk. Very annoying noice and finally the strut shaft snapped off from slamming into the towers so much.

Thanks you guys are alot of help

I guess it's a dealer thing or does some parts store carry them
