Rear Signal Take Turns Blinking

I just saw an eclipse have hes rear taillights take turns blinking when he signals! anyone know how to mod the lights to have my 95 eclipse do that?

its a kit for sequential taillights, like the old t-birds.

i saw something about it on here previously about 2-3 weeks ago.

i think there is a way to do that just by switching some of the wires that go to the tails. not sure what they are but ive seen it before too. im sure someone here knows exactly how
