With the cars getting pretty aged, I think replacing any of the rubber bushings with polyurethane or delrin is the way to go. The dynamic rear toe thingies were a problem even when the cars were new. When you go to a more neutral handling suspension setup the rear toe links cause the back end to step out unpredictably, and as they wear, become a danger even on stock suspension.
As Lowell suggested, the rear subframe bushings aren't real important, and unless they are damaged (subframe is flopping around), I wouldn't mess with them. Mine are stock actually. Road Race Engineering doesn't stock them since they don't feel they are necessary for the vast majority of customers, however they can be useful for specific applications which is why they make them custom out of delrin. Generally unless you are building a dedicated track car or the rear subframe is hopping uncontrollably from too much torque, you don't need to mess with the subframe bushings.
