It wouldnt be so good to put them in with a bolt, especially dry. If you were going to do that, I would replace the bolt. Depending on how much of a press fit it really is, it could really stress the hardware and I wouldnt want to be driving with with something like that. Get press fit lube too! It makes it much easier. You could try an air hammer to get it in, lube up the hole and the bushing and either get a flat piece to use or a tool similar to removing/installing valve guides.

Agreed about reusing the hardware afterwards; I should have been more explicit, but you WILL damage the bolt doing this (the nuts seem to hold up well ).

I just finished installing these on my car tonight, took me about 5 hours. I'd have to say it was a little bit easier than what I anticipated it to be. I got my bushings from AP Spec Rear Differential Bushings for 2G DSM - Modern Automotive Performance
They had some in hand and shipped it out the next day. Good luck
