rear carrier bearing

I have already done the vfaq fix to the rear carrier bearing. Apparently the silicone has just dwindled away. I want to just replace the rear carrier bearing, and i can find the center bearings all day long. Does anyone know where to get the rear carrier bearing, the whole assembly like the one they sell on xtreme psi. But only for the rear?

Are we talking the ones for the driveshaft? Because they are both the same.
