Rear binding and vibrating bad

The rear will be here Friday I can't wait to install.
 
OK...I installed and the thumping and the binding has stopped except around turns it binds up also the clicking is still there a lot and my driver side wheel seems to be leaning real bad inwards. Other than that it doesn't hold me on hills anymore I have a tranny but I don't want to install it if i don't have to. What would the clicking be? Not axles because it clicked with no rear in it. Wheel bearing maybe?
 
The clicking is coming from both wheels..
 
I really need help here If I dont change the tranny with it ruin my rear?
