2G Readyness Monitors

This is a little off topic but did any of you guys have trouble setting the readiness monitors? I’ve driven about 100 miles and out of 5 none of them have set. I have no CEL the car runs great but it’s just these damn monitors that won’t set if you guys have any advice it’ll be much appreciated

Oxygen Sensor Monitor
Oxygen Sensor Heater Monitor
Catalyst Monitor
EGR System Monitor
EVAP System Monitor

Edit: this is only true for 96-98, was fixed for 99's.
