Re-torquing cam caps

I've got my VC off to replace a leaky gasket and for general valve train inspection. Can it cause any problems on these motors (bearing wear or binding) if I check and re-torque the cam bearing cap bolts?

If not... 15 pounds torque correct?

There are no cam bearings. The aluminum caps and head are what they ride on.

Don't mess with them. They're fine.
