Hi y'all, I've been working away on restoring my car, and managed to snag some fog lights for my 2ga for just 30 bucks, which I'm very content with. My car originally had them, but some previous owner took them out, and left the connector cables dangling in the front bumper. I tried to plug the lights back in and pressed the button, but no dice. The fuse is fine too, I tested it, but still, when I press the button nothing happens.

This is the European model, which also has rear fog lights, which light up just fine when I press the button, the button itself lights up, and if the car isn't started, it gives that really annoying beep to remind you that you left your lights on. This does none of that. Given that the fuse (under the hood) is there and I have cables that I can plug in, I am kind of lost as to where I am missing a connection, or what else is needed for these lights to work. If anyone could give me hand, I would be mighty thankful.

Got some better pictures for you and confirmed something really weird, the button on the left, the front fog lights button, turns on the rear fog lights, while the rear button does absolutely nothing. They are both plugged in, the relays are inserted, the fuses are in, I really don't understand what is going on...

In the US models, the headlights must be turned to activate the fog lights.

If the rear fog light doesn’t come on with the headlights on, try unplugging the front fog lights and see if the rear begins working.

Actually, just figured out that the button for the Rear fog lights is the one that doesn't do anything. The front one does everything it should, just the connection to the fog lights wasn't correct. Now to figure out why the rear ones don't work at all. Edit: relay wasn't in correctly, works all good now!
