Randomly will run horrible, then be fine...

Took off in my car the other day after I let it warm up and it started missing out really bad. Then had a friend come over and ride in it with me to see if he had any ideas, it idled horrible, then would fall on it's face while I tried to boost it, but then ran fine after that. But would still occasionally fall on itself while boosting, so I'm thinking possibly bad gas, and then I was driving the next day and get a "Cylinder 3 misfire" code as well as a completely dead cylinder until I turned the car off and back on. Then it's fine. It's done that twice in the last few days. Computer may be dying? Today it just started missing, almost to the point of dying, I pulled off and would hold the gas down alittle and it was fighting to gain any RPM, so I limped it a few blocks away to my friends dad's shop and when I was almost there it completely cleared up, runs fine, with the exception of falling on itself while at full boost.

(Replaced plugs and wires also)

Attached a log of regular driving and a boosting attempt...

I'd start with a simple compression test. That'll help rule out a few problems.
