Radio and wipers not working

I just installed some SPW gauges in a a-pillar pod and when I went to check them I relized that my radio did not come on. So I went to check to see if any hing else didn't work, and the front and rear wipers don't work nethier does the cigarette lighter.

Help me please I cant figure it out

Have you checked to see if you somehow blew the fuses? What gauges did you install?

no fuses blown

They are oil pressure and temp
and A EGT all are SPW brand

Mechanical or electrical? I am trying to get at where you tapped in for power for the gauge itself or backlighting.

I tapped into the acc wire off of the ignition switch the one that is atached to were the key goes in

Well if the fuses are good you either tapped into somewhere you shouldn't have, cut a wire by mistake or you may have a bad connection (ie if you used those "fang" or crimp connectors instead of soldering them)
