You can get a thicker aluminum radiator, but it isn't needed. The stock radiator is more than enough.

i was kinda going for looks and also thinking of dropping a turbo in

The stock radiator is also plenty of cooling for pretty much any turbo your going to throw on... unless your running it way out of its efficiency range and its ungodly hot...

Anything is possible, seems something could be made to fit. Ive seen plenty of fabs in my lifetime using hoses, even though im not familar with the 420.

Why would you want to? They are the same dimensions. No need to throw a radiator in that is the same size that requires you to make a custom lower radiator hose.

This is still all coming back to unnecessary work... do the turbo setup.. run it... THEN if you have overheating problems... look into other cooling solutions.
