I was removing my radiator brackets to replace my radiator and my bolts snapped off in 3 of the 4 holes ( damn rust). I have been drilling on these things to try and re-tap them but it seems like i am getting nowhere. Anyone have any other ides ?

I had the exact same thing happen to mine. I broke off 2 on the driver's side bracket. What you need is the right drill bit. I got a good metal cutting bit and put a hole right through the middle of the old bolts. I tried with a special tool to extract them, but they were rust-welded in there. So I got some metal self tapping screws and screwed them into the middle of the rusted bolt with a washer to hold down the bracket. Still holding strong.

If you drill them all the way out, you can do one of two things.

Get bolt/nut combo's and install them.
or
Get bolt/nut combo and weld the nut back in the factory locations so its back to stock.
