Rusty radiator support

hey i have a GST and my radiator support is kinda rusty.. and this is connected to the bar that holds the mount for the trans.. should i replace my radiator support soon??.. everything else is rust free

Is the rust penetrating the metal so that there are holes or is it just surface rust? If it is surface rust check out eastwood.com for some rust prevention/stopping paints. If it is creating holes and making it weak go to the junkyard and find a good support that you will need to weld onto your car. You must make sure it is from a turbo model as the non-turbo's are different.

ebay sells the core supports also. They are like 140 bucks or something like that. I need one as well as my bottom radiator tabs have completely rusted off and the whole front of it looks like swiss cheese.

no holes feels pretty sturdy i cant poke holes through it with a screw driver
