Radiator Fan Problem

ok i seem to be having a problem with getting my main radiator fan to start for some reason the fan is not starting. I just dropped a brand new radiator in and have it filled with the coolant but my car starts to over heat. This happened with the old one because of the fan so i believe thats the proble. Now if anyone has any reasonable fixes to solve this please reply asap i included some pictures below.

btw this is a 1991 ealgle talon N/t with the 2.0l dohc.

Do they come on when you turn on the a/c?

dont have a/c in my car could it be the cesor that tells it to turn on is bad how would u tell its bad

alright not sure about an N/T but on the T there was a fan fuse beside the MPI and a relay in the big fuse box under the hood that I had shit the bed on me a few times. For testing purpose I would run 12v to the fan make sure it works if it does I would trace the wires back and find where its not getting power, I also had lots of corroded wire under the rubber shrouding and inside the plastic connectors. This one is tough to track down, Anyway there is a sensor that kicks them on but lets check what I metioned above first and if we are still not getting it to turn on then we will go from there..
