Alright im reposting on the same topic and problem i had yesterday with new info. This was my earlier post:

ok i've been having alternator issues recently until last night it magically started working. (i never understand electric s***) Anyways the way i would find out if it was working or not was pulling the positive terminal off the battery while the car was running. Big mistake. I did this last night and created a little arc off the terminal and no my radiator fans wont turn on. I checked the fuses and they all seem fine. Someone told me it may be a relay i blew. Someone please help! my engine bay and radiator is getting really hot and my talon is all i have to drive to work...

Well i tried replacing the relay that was listed on the fuse box as RAD FAN...etc. but nothing came of it. Now i figured out my left fan (if your facig the car) will work when i turn on the air conditioner. Any ideas on why the other wont kick on??????

Never remove the + battery terminal while engine is running. Doing so can cause voltage spikes from the alternator which it sounds like happened. Since the ECU controls the other fan you may have damaged it. Try swapping with a known good one to find out.
