Quick questions on bad turbo help please

Well i did start smoking out the tip pipe and it was hard to tell white or blue, but it smell more to oil. So i dicided to take the exhaust many to check if one of my valve seals were leaking cause these is a fresh up grade built from head to block, and that i build a 6 bolt block with 2g head, and i though that they must put the valve seals wrong or something. Well no oil on the runners and valves look clean. So i dicided to remove the turbo and remove the hot housing wow a lot of oil. Well the turbo boost real fast and there is no shaft play at all.

Well the question is that these could be bad turbo seals or oil presure cause i did shaft removal, oil port mod on head, and have an 90 oil filter housing with bm oil cooler that can cause a lot of oil presure on the turbo seals cause it started after a week of daily driving after the hole built. Dsm never stop fixing, but i already have one and like to drive it so keep fixing it

Oil drain and crankcase ventilation system would be the first places I'd look.

Oil drain is stock if it matters crankcase vent what should i do cause i think for sure is turbo cause of the build up oil on the intake and hot side ending with alot of oil
