Quick Help Please On Turbo/Exhaust

Okay....I have a bone stock used 95 talon tsi fwd. about 106k miles. For xmas I am going to be getting the basic mods...(correct me if I'm wrong)

Auto Meter Sport Comp Boost Gauge
NGK "Cold" Turbo Spark Plugs
GREDDY FULL AUTO TURBO TIMER
Dejon Tool MBC-2A
Dejon Intake Elbow for 2gMAS - (Might Change)
Dave Brode Upper Intercooler Pipe for 2nd Gen DSM's - (Might Change)
Magnecor 8.5mm Wire Set
1g BOV
K&N Air Filter and Adapter....

I've been kinda confused on what to do after...should I get turbo then exhaust or exhaust then turbo...also for the EVO III 16G I can put it on basically stock, but with a fuel pump, and lines and such correct?
Also is it safe to start modding at this high of miles....
if so, what would be a safe boost level to run at and how much faster will the engine begin to die modding on it just for an estimate to be safe when to be ready to drop a new engine.

EDIT::::Also, would this be too much power for FWD or will it be okay...i wanna get around 300 hp maybe a little more..( as much as I can get without spinnin the tires constantly)

You won't notice a huge power gain without intake and at least a cat back exhaust. You'll need supporting MODs like an SAFC/data logger, 550CC+ injectors, 190LPH+ fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, ACT 2100+ clutch, EGT gauge, and SMIC/FMIC. With a bigger turbo your stock I/C will get heat soaked under heavy acceleration, look into an FMIC like the Dejon Tool Street FMIC, it's $550 with piping.

I started modding my GSX at 110K miles with no problem so far, as long as your engine is in good condition you shouldn't worry. Your 1G BOV supports up to 22 PSI and the EVO III's max output is at 25 PSI. You could safely run 15-17 PSI with good supporting MODs, and 18-21 PSI with acceptional MODs.

How well FWD cars handle power depend on the driver, a 2500-3500 RPM launch would be ideal. A 300 HP goal is reachable considering the EVO III's max power output is between 360-380 HP with the right supporting MODs, placing people in the low 12's or high 11's. Hope this helps.

i wouldn't get a colder range spark plug unless u were planning on running on a bigger turbo
