Quick overdrive question.

I have a question about my overdrive. Do i keep it on or off while im driving around? ive been keeping it on while in driving around in the streets. Is that ok? do i turn it off while im driving on streets and then turn it on when im on the highway?

I keep mine off when I'm under 45 MPH. Turn it on for higher-speed street driving and the highway. Saves a little wear and tear on the end clutch.
