Quick Motor Mount Question

I'm in my garage replacing the motor mounts right now. The one that holds the trans on, the trans needs to be lowered to get it out. What all do I NEED to remove to lower it enough to get the mount out? I'm ready to take off the crossmember now. Anything else? Also is there aything that the crossmember holds up? The trans is already supported by a jack.

The cross-member only has the front trans roll stop on it. So after the front one is un-bolted, you can remove it.

The 2 side mounts will hold the trans/engine up with the front and rear un-bolted.

If you are talking about the tranny side mount ( by the strut tower) I was able to get it out by unbolting the mount by the timing belt and was able to swing the motor to get it out. I left the front and back mounts untouched.
