Quick Idle surge question (hopefully)

I just have a quick question about idle surge, and yes I have read and done just about everything possible in all the idle surge FAQ's. I have a pocketlogger and its throwing two error codes 13: Air Temperature sensor and 25: Barometric pressure sensor, my question is if those two sensors are bad could that create the classic idle surge problem? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Both of those are part of your MAF sensor, which yes, could cause endless drivability problems.
