Questions on a 1g 90 DIT IC piping

I have a 1990 plmyouth laser and i need to install some DIY piping. There is plenty of info on the site for the actual piping but I cant seem to find an answer for the oil cooler. Am I supposed to relocate it? If so, where? The intercooler is a decent size with pipes on each side. It will take up most of the grill. Also, can i fit 2 12 inch slimline fans?
