Question on the profec B!!

Hey guys, I just recently installed the Profec B. I'm pretty sure all my lines are correct btu for some reason I'm driving and say im in like 3rd gear and punch it. A turbo is suppose to build boost but all my car is doing is spiking to the set boost and then my car tries to equal it out. It's a horrible noise to hear (especially w/ the N1 exhaust) when the boost spikes and my rpms also spike too until they equal out in higher RPMs. It sounds like a leak or something isnt hooked up right but my lines are connected as follows.

I have the COM side plugged directly into the wastegate of my t25 turbo.
And the ON Side goes into a tee which branches to the port on the intake manifold and the other side into the BOV.
Am I supposed to use the nipple on my injen intake too? (which is currently blocked)
And am I using the turbo housing nipple at all either? (also not in use)

The controller holds boost just fine but it spikes all the way up to the desired percentile until the motor catches up to compensate.
Anyone have any suggestions at all?
I've searched all the forums and post for this kind of topic and still havent found any useful info. The controller is tuned just fine but I can't figure out why it's doing this!

Which wouldn't make sense because before I had the turbo XS MBC it worked fine. I went up to 15psi w/ it and had no problems. Then I install this and I have those symptoms?! Some say that happens to them as well. Do you think it could have anything to do w/ the BOV not being tight enough or too tight?

I just went on a test run.
I've noticed a few things. When in first gear and bringing the tach up to about 6,000 rpms through every shift up to 3rd gear The boost holds just fine. At low rpms in 2nd/3rd gear and punch the gas. The boost wont build... instead it spikes and the tach comes w/ it... (kind of does sound like a clutch issue). But as I was giving it gas at low rpms in 2nd or 3rd I also heard a constant flutter from the BOV (I think it was from the BOV) but as i got up in the rpms the flutter disappeared. The BOV Flutters when let off the gas at low rpms a lot more often than before. I believe the BOV is like more than half way screwed down in the tight position. Could this be too tight? Or too loose? One other thing is that I have a small leak on the VC gasket on the cam seal which oil escapes when on the gas a lot. I clean it like once a week and its not too bad but could this be a big boost leak problem? ( I have no clue if that will effect it at all) And it was holding boost fine before.
Anyway, Any more suggestions would be great
 
So I take it no one w/ the Profec B Spec II has had any problems like this?
