Question for those who removed vacume lines

For the ones who removed the vacume lines, what did you use to plug the 4 lines on the throttle body? I used some small rubber style caps found at the local auto store and needless to say they had a blowout.

I used the same thing (vacuum caps) and never had anything blow off. Try some much smaller ones that you have to force over the nipples and they should stay put.

I only had one vacuum cap, and I'm a cheapskate, so I just used like a 4" piece of vacuum line and ran it from one port to the other port.

Just use a size or 2 smaller caps and if you want you can put some hose clamps on them.

I just used small pieces of the vaccum hose, folded them over, and used zip ties.. Ghetto fab

That will fit right in with the rest of our Home Depot mods, as long as it works who cares.

Will zip ties hold them on there ok?
I tried the smaller sized ones already and they still blew off there.

I used the small caps with zip ties and they are still on the car but they some how split. And thanks for all the replies I have been very busy at work and have not been on here much this week.
