question about new eprom

I just got my new eprom through the mail and I know it has a custom chip in it. However, I don't really know what its set for. If I write down what the sticker on the chip says, would anyone be able to tell me what it means. I know the 650cc means 650 injectors. Not sure what the else is though.

it most likely has the baro locked for use with the maft, and most likely has phantom knock elimination. I would contact the purchase you purchased it from

Wouldn't be able to tell you unless you pull the chip out, read the bin with a burner and post it so we could compare it to a stock bin.

My Best guess would be..

knock: Turns your stock boost gauge into a knock count
6500cc: Injectors obviously
1gmaft: Self explanitory
pk: Phantom knock eliminated.

I would try contacting Jeff at Keydiver. Pretty good chance he burned the chip.. If not, may know what the first 3 are exactly for

The above post is probably correct as far as what is mentioned.
If it was my chip, i would want to know what kind of timing/fuel maps are programmed, which the bin file would tell

I like crazym's suggestion. It sounds like a Keydiver chip and he'd be able to tell you what it is programmed for.

Thanks everyone. I'll get in contact with Jeff. I've been thinking about trying out tunerPro and burning my own chips. However, I don't really know where to start, and I'm terrified I'll end up blowing my car up.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good setup as far as injector size. My current setup is as follows:

Bolt-on Modifications

14b turbo, dejontool intake with k&n filter, valve cover breather, turbonetics mbc (16 psi), red top battery, 90 amp alternator, High flow muffler, removed cat


Engine Internals

New valves, resurfaced cylinder walls, new head and valve cover gaskets, new timing belt and balancing belt.


Drivetrain Modifications

short throw shifter, stage 2 clutch, aluminum shifter bushings

Planning on installing a 290 fuel pump, high flow fuelrail and pump rewire. Also adding intercooler hardpipes and fmic
