EPROM question

I have searched this topic and I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I have a 93 GSX. it was once a 7 bolt with an A/T tranny...now it's a 6 bolt with a M/T. What year EPROM ecu would work in my car? Seeing that my car is now 6 bolt, would it matter to put an EPROM in my car from a 7 bolt motor? Should just about any M/T EPROM work?? thanks for the info.

Any 91-94 M/T ECU should work.

Yeah any 91-94 Eprom ECU will work. But make sure you put the right Eprom chip in the ecu. The auto chip will not work for a mt. And visa versa.

you can also use a 90 model ecu, but you will have to switch two of the wires to make it work.
