Question about 02 sensor with wideband

Im starting to do my on maintenance on my dsm(learning from you guys) and had a question about the o2 sensor for my wideband(plx -m300). Do I change it like a regular one(sorry if that i stupid question). Thanks and by the way it has no cat. and is located in the front if that helps

The only time I would say is once it goes physically/electronically bad. I've never heard of a stock o2 sensor being changed out regularly.

You are actually suppose to replace the o2 sensors every 40 - 60 k miles, carbon coats them and they do not read as properly as they should.

My car runs rich and its had 126,300 and I was told the rebuild has about 35k and I don't know if the 02 has ever been changed. My question is do I install it like a regular one since I have a wideband. (Where to plug pigtail)

Still not sure what you mean by "like a regular one" but a wideband o2 sensor plugs into the harness that goes to your wideband gauge.

Two seperate gauges and sensors wideband for the wideband, stock o2 is just that, run a wideband in stock spot, with dsmlink.

Thanks I found were it pluged into my wideband. I'll post a pic when I get of work for those in the future wondering the same thing....thanks again guys
