Im going to throw a turbo kit on my 99 eclipse rs. I already pretty much know what kit to buy since there only 3 out there. HRC,Star and turbo specialties... I dont want to take it in b/c they want to charge me 700$ to put it on. IS it possible where i can do it myself? Its gonna be a stage 2 kit also. I do work on cars but its all electrical, ive been installing stereos, amps,tv's etc... in cars as a profession for about 8years so i have knowledge. I just dont want to run into major trouble... Any info would be great if you did it yourself and what kit you used. And 1 more thing 1 kit doesnt come with a fuel pump, should i buy 1 and replace the old? and if so what kind should i get. :dsm:

well searched the threads, there are people on here that have given directions, and as far as the fuel pump goes get walbro 155 fuel pump, and rewire kit for it also.

no offense but if you have to ask if you can install it yourself, you probably cant. But you can always try. :thumb:

in my opion its really easy. just take your time and go slow and double chek your work and steps. you can do it any one can most people are scared of getting dirty and trying the most you will have to do is paysome one to install it for you if you cant.
