Punishment Racing Slimline fan wiring

I searched and read but couldnt find anything about the fans not coming on. Im almost positive i have them wired the right way. So the radiator is installed and so are the two slimline fans. I have the temp sensor in the bottom of the radiator and that is plugged in. I cut the wires from the stock fan (blue and black) and wired them to the slim blue and black. Nothing, they dont kick on or anything. They work because i tested them with a battery. I had the car sitting in the drive way for fifteen to twenty minutes and the temp was right below middle. Didnt overheat even with no fans on. Also there is no more condensor in front of the radiator so the electrical component for the a/c fan is unplugged. I want both fans to run off the switch. Any info would be appreciated.
