Punishment Racing 3inch downpipe for 1g awd does not bolt up to stock o2 housing????

I was under the assumption that it would bolt up....but....the holes are too small of a diameter for the studs on my 14b o2 housingWTF....did i miss some fine print or what is the deal here? would like to hear from a rep of there's.

Just give them a call, they should be professional about it. Or you can take a grinder and enlarge the holes a bit.

yeah im not gonna be a pain in the ass....and besides shipping and all that would just be a waste...ill just emprovise....just thought maybe it was a mistake on my part or something....other than this issue its a fine looking piece.

You have a 1g O2 housing?

most people use a 2g or bigger o2 housing and I think the outlet is bigger on them like 2.5" to match the punishment one.

I agree,just get a carbide bit or grinder and enlarge the holes

My PR 3'' dp bolts right up to the 2g o2 housing.. It's a bit of a struggle, but it does bolt up.


EDIT: nvm, op has 1g o2 housing.
