Actually I got two sets of this clutch for my both cars
1st set is for my 2g Eclipse with 6 bolt
2nd set is for my Mitsubishi Colt GTI 1993 year model with 2g tranny and 1g 6 bolt motor, it has exactly the same stuff as my Eclipse, my best time for now is 11.4 and I have almost like 513 wheel hp and 465 tq, I had alot of troubles with slipping single plate clutch, ended up going to twin disk.

Actually I heared I should make pedal stop to put bolt under the clutch pedal to shorten the way of depressing the clutch because If I don't I'll damage the pressure fingers, how can i tell how much long do I need the bolt to be?

Is there anyway to check?
I heared I can lower the disengagment point and I won't need to put the bolt
Is that correct??
Thanks

You should be able to feel when the clutch engauges/dissengauges and use the adjustment on the clutch master cylinder to adjust the point inwhich the hydralics will actully start disengauging the pressure plate and when they stop, just like a single disk. Keep us up to date on how those clutches perform. good luck

Anyone know what is the difference between the PTT slave and the 1g AWD slave with SBR longer rod, actually I don't know if I have to move to PTT slave insted of 1g AWD slave with SBR longer rod, the reason I used that so I have longer rod to adjust, and with 1g slave I heared I'll be able to shift easier because it has smaller room and smaller piston but the pedal will be more stiff, does this work fine with the twin plate?

I'll let you know for sure, what I know there are two things that kill this clutch not racing ofcourse, only slipping this clutch while you are in a dead stop and if I don't put bolt under the clutch I'll damage the fingers in the pressure or I have to lower the pedal adjust but I won't be happy with the feeling

I would get someone to push the car while you press in the clutch pedel. Mark the point when the car starts to move freely and give youself a 1/2" or so of pedal travel before the pedal stop.

Nice way to tell thanks for the info
Anyone know the difference between 1g AWD slave with longer SBR rod VS PTT slave which they offer for the PTT twin plate clutch?

Actually I don't know if the 1g slave with longer sbr rod will help with twin plate or will cause troubles because this was only designed for disengagment problem with single plate ACT street disk and 3200 or 2900 pressure, hope I don't need to remove that because when I put that the pump up problem went away and started to shift much smother and much better
