What's your question?

....and is that a ball-bearing center housing? If so, your restrictor appears a little on the large side.

its a ball bearing tang .68 housing and my question is could someone show me of the adapters ive shown which ones r the coolant feed and coolant return lines. i'm sure on which ones are the oil feed and return.

the square hole is the oil return I believe. opposite side of the chra would obviously be the oil feed. I believe coolant can flow eithe way through the turbo but I could be wrong.

ok thanks for the help.. would i put a coolant feed line running through one of the coolant holes on the hotside and one on the gold hose adapter on the turbine housing? i know its a dumb question but i havent had any experience with PTE turbos in the past thanks

That is the correct restrictor, the orfice is smaller on the side that bolted into the turbo.

To the OP, you will need the following-

Fitting for the oil return- EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Billet Aluminum Oil Drain Fitting : -10 AN Male your turbo should have came with the gasket for this if not EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Garrett/BEP/Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo Oil Drain Gasket
Or you can just order the return line kit which includes everything just make sure to order with all the right options
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Oil Return Line Kit (Stainless Steel Braided) : -10AN
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Oil Return Line Kit (Socketless Hose Fitting) : -10AN

For the oil feed you're going to want to feed it from the head- Make sure you choose the right option and there is a filter that is optional
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Oil Feedline Kit (Head Location): Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99

For the coolant lines assuming you're going to make your own ss lines you will need (2) of these EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - Extreme PSI Ball Bearing Turbocharger Coolant Fitting

Edit: here is how I ran all my lines on an old setup a while ago.
