PTE Injector with lip

I bought these injectors from a honda guy and I'm having a hard time finding info on them. The injectors have the lip on them so I dont have the pintle end. It has the black plastic spacer and a brown o ring. Is this all I need to make it fit or do I need to grind down the lip and put the oem style insulator on and can I use the oem sheet?

Looks like it'll fit. Like you say, its just missin the lower hat/pintle cap, idk wht its called(which can be found at NAPA btw).
It appears to have the same size and shape as my PTE 1000s, i could be wrong, but it looks the same

I would not go off of "it appears". These injectors could very easily be smaller or bigger then what you expect.

Measure/compare to stock...?? Did you look up the numbers on top of the injector, not the obvious numbers on side? See-

When I had my PTE 680s, in order to make them work I had to grind off the bottom lip and then install these pintle caps: http://www.streettunedmotorsports.com/parts/pte_fuel_injector_seal_kit.htm
After that they slip right into a stock lower injector seal. Without the black pintle caps thou, there was no other way

So I got my injector seals. How exactly are they supposed to fit?

I think I got the wrong seals? They are the exact same size as stock. The top green o ring has a gap between it and the sheet. I found the insulator sits higher up like the fic injectors http://www.ffwdconnection.com/dsm/fuel/fic-injectors/ficlowz1650.html# but the insulators too thick and injectors wont fit in the head that way.

Soo I thought I post my findings. I emailed extreme psi about the seals, sent the pic and they identified it as the sport compact version. They said the seals they sell are for the mitsu style injector but they also sell one for fic which looked like the same injector. Then I emailed PTE. They confirmed that they are the sport compact and would not fit without machining. Week later I bought FIC injectors from a tuners member with new seals. They are exactly the same as PTEWTF seal fitment and all! I thought i'd share to save you guys time and money if you wanted to use "sport compact style" PTE injectors by using FIC seals
