Finishing up my 6 bolt swap, I am putting the water lines on, does it matter which one goes on top and bottom?

As long as coolant flows through them, it doesn't really matter. FWIW I have the rear line going from the back of the turbo to the nipple on the underside of the water pipe, and the front line going from the front of the turbo up to the lower thermostat housing nipple.

Hey, I know this is an old thread but I have a few questions for mitsuclipsegsx.

Can you tell me what size coolant and oil fittings were used? Did you get the kit or did you piece it together yourself.

I want to buy this turbo but the install kit is $149 and I already have a the 2 gaskets and water coolant block off bolt so it's a waste of money for me. All I need is the coolant fittings (or banjo bolts) and oil feed line.

I'd like to know the thread type/size/pitch so I can order them at the same time i buy the turbo.

Any info would be helpful.

Thanks,

Tom
