PTE 6765 Vband inlet and outlet

I just received my pte 6765 and I am wondering if anyone else is running one of these with the vband inlet and outlet. I'm a little concerned about the tiny inlet on the turbine side. It will be a little while before i have the car back together so i was trying to see what experience people have or what they think. Thanks

I am not using a 6765. I am using pte76. I am using a vband on the inlet and the outlet. My inlet is bigger than yours, but that is due to the larger size turbo. I think that you will be fine.

I wouldn't call the inlet tiny. It's properly sized and the housing works rather well. So much so that most of our t3 manifolds are being replaced with v-band manifolds shortly.

Well if its good enough for you all its good enough for me . A 2inch inlet just seemed small

I agree with what you are saying. I was making reference to the size of the two housings. This is why I sad I think that he will be okay.

Where do you get a 2inch vband with the lip big enough to fit the pte turbo

I've never seen the vacuum fitting so far up the housing is that normal?
