PTE 50 trim efficiency range?

What psi does the PTE 50 trim start to come alive at? I know the turbo was rated at 30psi but what is its actual efficiency range?

It'll be fine as low as 10-15 psi.

Keep in mind that compressor efficiency is not as important as compressor sizing in general; you need to make sure that the wheel can support the amount of airflow you need, but efficiency changes of a couple percent, to even ten percent, really do not have a large effect on power.

I should notice a pretty considerable change in power from 15 to 20psi, right?

with propper supporting mods you'll see a big jump in power between 15-20psi with proper tuning.

Even more so if you tune to 22-23psi on pump. (it's all about tuning)

Yes. 25-40 horsepower would not be uncommon, with proper tuning.

I see 22psi at around 3800rpm with 10-16 counts of knock on 93 octane. That is with a rough tune after a rebuild. I'm trying for zero knock, but I have 9:1 Wiseco's.
