There are no 16g's running 12's up here at all. So i'd say im making more power than they are up here.
 
The point is that you are making no more power than some 16g's are at sea level.

I've seen small and big 16g's trap at over 114 mph, and the new EvoIII's trap at 118.

Altitude is not really relevant here. It doesn't not matter what you are doing compared to other cars up there, it simply matters in a general sense. 110 mph traps speeds, assuming they mean a fairly constant power output for similar cars at different altitudes, have approximately the same fuel needs across the board.
