Proper oil feed line source.

I thought I could find the info I needed by searching but to no avail. Anyway Im upgrading my turbo and Im installing a new ss oil feed line that takes oil from down by the filter as recommended by all the turbo sellers. I recieved all my parts but had no instructions on the feed line at all.

Now I looked down there and saw two spots that could be the source. I vaguely remember someone saying it is the lower one but I would like to verify that so I dont feed it dirty oil. Can anyone verify this? Even though I still have the nt block I believe its the same as the turbo block in this situation.

Also does anyone know what the block off bolt size is for blocking off the stock location on the head? I would like to stop and pick one up from the hardware with minimal monkeying around to find the size.
