When I went to the shootout, I over revved and bent some valves. It wasn't too terrible as my trap speeds didn't change much, maybe a mile per hour or two. I'm in the process of taking apart the head, but I was wondering:

1: How do I know what valves to use? (size, angles, etc)
2: Are my valve seats fine? (very general, i know)
3: When installing new valves, do they need a valve job? or lapping?

As it is mentioned in the comment above, anyways it is better to ask a machine shop to check/repair all.
1: Measure the valves to know the size.
2: "In general", since they are within the specifications and if you don't see any physical damages, most likely fine. but maybe better to be worried about damaged valve guides, too. Sometimes bent valves cause small cracks on valve guides.
3: Always better do lapping when you change valves.
