problems with my turbo

Well here i again but with something else. I am not sure but i think there might be something with my turbo. My boost guage shows 20psi i accelerate, but just not sure. I am having a noise which i thought was my cheap bov and i am still thinking it is. Its making a fluttering noise instead of the normal high pitch noise when i shift, so this is what it is doing and i am really hoping its just my bov and not the turbo. So i am just wanting to know how i can know if my turbo is bad. Thanks for the helpagain

As long as there's not ridiculous shaft play or smoking issues, the turbo is not your problem.

Its making a fluttering noise instead of the normal high pitch noise when i shift,

fluttering noise in low boost is fine but if your in high boost and it still flutters id say your BOV is to stiff and should adjust it softer
