Im having a problem with my injectors sealing at the head....i have the rail spacers, the insulators, and the o-rings at both ends of the injectors. when i go to install the rail with the injectors in, i bolt down the 3 long rail bolts and the injectors are barely inserting in the insulators...its like my o rings arent big enough or something??? i bought the insulators and top o rings from extremepsi, the bottom o rings i bought myself at the hardware store since there wasent anything in the first place. my injectors are barely inserting in the head... why??? what am i missing

the gap between the o ring and insulator on the last pic is about the gap i get when i tighten the rail bolts on tight!

There shouldn't be an o-ring there just the insulator. The injector sheet is missing which fits between the fuel rail and the top of the electrical connector on the injector and holds the injector into the head.

They use these same parts on lots of their cars so the dealership should either have then in stock or be able to order them. Even in Canada.

yeah i just called Mitsu and they have em....9 bucks each....meh whatever, still gotta get em no matter what!

the hose is kinda stiff and doesnt allow for the small give the stock part does. may work may make it worse as the rail cant compress as much
