Hey there guys I'm having some problems after getting a new head in my DSM.
Lets backtrack a bit. The reason I got a new head was because my AC belt snapped and jammed itself nicely into my timing belt. Bent pretty much all the valves.
So my mechanic sent it to a machine shop to get new valves have the head cleaned seals etc.
So I get it back and I notice the car accelerates really, really slowly. I get home and check the throttle plate at WOT. Sure enough its not fully open so I readjust it so that it is fully open at WOT and it isn't too tight that it revs in park.
I drive it around again and it seems a little better but it still feels like a considerable power loss. It takes quite a bit to go from 0-30. After 60 mph though acceleration seems normal. I hear the turbo spool upon acceleration but it does very little to get me from 25 to 35 mph.
To top it off I have a code which comes on after a bit of driving.
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!
