Problems w/ tranny need help!!!!!!!

I recently changed my trans fluid on a 5 spd 99 gst. I used regular 80-90 gear lube and now i have a problem where the trans seems to be real notchy. The car only has 40k on it and me nor the previes owner never beat on the trans. What could this mean?????

Regular 80w90 probably isn't doing your tranny any good. Go get some Pennzoil synchromesh (autozone, Napa, wherever) and put that in your tranny. You will see a difference just like day and night.
