Problems shifting into gear

I am having problems shifting into gear after i replaced the throwout bearing. Its not the clutch. We had it on jackstands yesterday and it was in first fine and the wheels were turning. I try to put it in first with the shifter it acts like its not there no grinding or anything just nothing there. Its the same for 2nd and 5th But when i change the gears manually at the transmission side. I get it to click into all of the gears fine. What could be the problem here

fixed it myself. Shifter linkage bracket wasnt bolted to the tranny
