problem with stock exhaust

Ok, my problem is getting the damn thing off. Worked on this for 4 hours tonight and haven't removed a single thing. I'm trying to put the ApexI N1 exhaust on, but first need the stock exhaust off. The O2 sensor wouldn't budge and the bolts from the Cat won't budge (possibly could be welded on couldn't really tell). The N1 will be easy to put in as soon as I can figure this out. Anybody have any ideas? Or, experienced this problem that can tell me what they did?

Liquid Wrench, a blow torch, a long pipe for torque, and lots of cursing. They are a biatch to remove. Regarding the sensor, just remove it with the exhaust and replace it with a new one.

If all else fails, get a disc cutter and cut the bolts off. I had to do that for 2 of them.

!!!UPDATE!!!

N1 exhaust is on. Thanks for the help. It involved cutting the stock pipes, and especially cutting the wires to the O2. Took that section out and viced it while pb-ing the hell out of it, heating it up and finally getting it to loosen. Drilling out the bolts from the cat flange and rebolting everything up. Looks great, sounds great, and possibly a little bit of performance. Took till 6am, but finally done!
