This weekend I replaced my valve cover gasket because I noticed oil was comming out of it, not bad, but enough to know that it needed replaced. So I replaced it and got everything back together and now it's like my car's misfireing!! I'm thinking it's the coilpack/distributor, but not sure... on the very left plug it looks kind of brown-ish in the plug, and on the other's it's all shiny and silver. Could the brownish be rust and be causing that plug wire to not do it's just delivering the spark and making it run on 3 cylinders? It only runs like crap when I get up around 2500rpm's, I'm thinking it's shaking the wires so it's causing the connection not to be tight. I did replace my spark plugs too, but it was doing this when I had the old plugs in too. I drove my car to work this morning and it drove fine, just didn't go over 2500rpm's...
I'm thinking I'm going to have to replace the spark plug wires.
anyone know what this could be!?!?!?!
