problem with ball joint bolt cutting cv boot?

so i just recently got both front axles,wheel bearings,lower ball joints and outer tie rods replaced.Now i have a bolt coming from the lower ball joint cutting into my cvboots.does anyone know anything about this?

Something in there isnt in there correctly.

the place i took it to said somthing about the spindle being worn out but i dont get how it would let a bolt go threw that much? its confusion to me

My RF CV boot also has just torn open. HMM, same side the recall had to replace the lower arm ball joint. I bet that has to do with the tearing.

IMO of course.
