Problem starting ( Battery Related)

Totally dont get this at all None of my lights will turn on like it doesnt have enough power yet I checked the battery and ran all the tests to it and its fine but no acssories , lights or anything will turn on. Then I tryed jump statring it and it fired right up and everything works fine. Have no clue why its doing this

Is the battery getting charge while it runs (after jump starting) or does it die after a while. I had no power for a while and it was a loose alternator belt. Also, you could start checking fuses, maybe one of them popped??
