Just got a 1990 Talon Tsi Awd yesterday and I need help. Since i have been working on them for a while i figured it would be a easy fix but was i wrong. The car will start fine now but it still has trouble revving up and it misses while doing so. You can rule out clogged exhaust. Any other ideas as to what it could be. MAS?

Also not sure if you tried the simple plugs and wires. stuttering is a sign of poor ignition. But also check for boost leaks right away.

Agreed. Also, if the plugs are new make sure they are gaped correctly to .028. Also, when you do the boost leak test use soap and water, it makes leaks more visible. :thumb:
